Frequently Asked Questions
The process for concrete lifting is to raise concrete by drilling holes through the top surface of the concrete slab and under hydraulic pressure, pump a flowable cement grout underneath. This process will raise and stabilize your cement pad.
We raise sidewalks, steps, driveways, pool decks, garage floors, patios, rv and hot tub pads, basements and more.
Through soil erosion, settlement, or by animal incursion an open area is sometimes left under your cement pad. Void filling uses a long nozzle to pump the cement grout into the voids left under a slab. Filling this void will eliminate future sinking and cracking.
Most residential work can be completed on the day scheduled. Timing and finishing is always dependent upon the weather. The size of the job is also a factor, we can give you an approximate timeline with your estimate.
Most areas can be used right after we finish. However, driveway and garages must be unused for 48 - 72 hours depending on the amount of lifting done.
